Hello everybody!
My name is Caterina and I’m graduating at the University of Bologna with a thesis on entomophagy and breeding techniques of Galleria mellonella, better known as honey’s moth. My big dream in life is to farm edible insects for food-use.
Why not to do something more normal?
Because I strongly believe that entomophagy may be the key for a sustainable future also in the western world.
