Hi everyone,
my name is Simone, I was born in Milan and I am living in Sicily since 10 years now, I have a degree in agrarian engineering with a real passion for entomophagy, since I developed a thesis about edible insects.
My all studies have been encouraged by a great pioneer on entomophagy Vincent M. Holt, whose words shocked Great Britain, and with his words I am introducing myself: “Insects are not all the same, mine are vegetarians, tidy, healthy and tasty as food, and they all take care about what they eat. Even if I think that they would never think about eating us, it’s certain that once we’ll have discovered how tasty they are, we’ll be really happy to cook and eat them all.”
