EAT Stockholm Food Forum is taking place in Sweden on June 13th – 14th 2016, at the Clarion Hotel Sign. The third Forum brings together some of the world’s brightest people in the fields of science, politics, civil society to shift food systems towards greater sustainability, security, and equity within the boundaries of our planet.
This year, the forum will cover consumption and production patterns, cities, accountability, technology and innovation across the food industry.
For the edible insects industry the speaker will be Kees Aart, founder and Director of Protix.
