Matteo Miceli joined our team at L’Entomofago!

Matteo Miceli Shortly after my first article about entomophagy was published, I quickly realized that this was both an interesting and an (extremely) underrepresented topic among the media, both online and offline.

When Lorenzo Pezzato asked me to have an interview for L’Entomofago, I discovered that someone had filled that gap. And I also discovered that his review not only was interesting, captivating, well planned and well directed; it was also filled with that “positive vibration” you can’t look for, less you can enforce it. It may be there, or not. And here it was. Plenty of it.

Long story short, when I received the proposal to collaborate with L’Entomofago, I didn’t have many residual counter arguments against it, so… all I could do was to accept!
